MSoft Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Calculator365 website at https://www.calculator-365.com and provides its online calculator services. This Privacy Policy applies to that domain and any pages or subdomains that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected when you use our website and online calculator services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date are shown on this page, so please review it periodically.

1. Information Collection and Use

Information You Enter Into Our Calculators

Values you enter into our calculators are processed locally in your browser to generate the requested results. Calculator365 does not send those values or the resulting calculations to its servers or include them in its analytics events. Please avoid entering personal information that is not necessary for a calculation.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit Calculator365, certain technical information is automatically processed to deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the website.

Server and CDN Logs

Calculator365 uses Firebase Hosting and related Google infrastructure to deliver the website, and Firebase Hosting request logs are exported to Google Cloud Logging. When your browser requests a page or other resource, these hosting and content delivery systems may automatically process and record information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser or user-agent information, the requested URL, the referring page if provided, the date and time of the request, request method, response status, and performance or diagnostic information. This information is used to deliver website content, maintain security and reliability, prevent or investigate abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how visitors use Calculator365. Our implemented analytics events include page views and clicks on the app download link. Page-view events may include the page title and current page URL. Google Analytics may also collect information about visit dates and times, sessions, pages viewed, interactions, browser and device type, operating system, language settings, and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics receives IP addresses as part of providing the service; Google states that it uses them to derive information such as approximate location and route traffic, but does not log or store raw IP addresses in Google Analytics. We use Analytics Data to measure traffic and usage patterns, understand which calculators and pages are useful, identify technical issues, and improve our content, navigation, performance, and user experience.

Cookies and Local Storage

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies, including cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, or similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. Calculator365 also uses browser local storage to remember the theme preference you select, such as light, dark, or system mode. The theme preference remains on your device until you change it or clear your browser data. You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking Analytics cookies should not prevent you from using the core calculator functionality, although clearing or disabling local storage may reset your saved theme preference.

Information You Provide When You Contact Us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported issues, and provide support. Please do not include sensitive personal information or calculator values unless they are necessary for us to handle your request.

Information We Do Not Collect

Calculator365 does not currently provide user accounts or maintain user profiles. We do not collect payment card or bank account information through the website, receive or store calculator inputs or results, or display third-party advertising.

2. How We Share and Disclose Information

Because calculator inputs and results are not sent to us, we do not share them with third parties.

We use Google as a service provider for Firebase Hosting and Google Analytics for Firebase. Google may process the request, device, usage, and analytics information described above to provide those services. Email communications may be processed by the email service providers used by you and us. We use information received through email only as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, protect our rights or the safety of users and others, or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each external website you visit. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

3. How We Store Information

We do not store calculator inputs or results because they are processed locally in your browser. Your theme preference is stored locally on your device and remains there until you change it or clear your browser data.

Firebase Hosting request logs exported to Google Cloud Logging are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Analytics information is stored and retained by Google in accordance with our Google Analytics configuration and Google's policies. We retain, or permit our service providers to retain, information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.

We retain email communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, resolve issues, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal requirements.

Google maintains servers around the world, so hosting and analytics information may be processed outside the country or region where you live. Google states that, where applicable, it relies on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers not covered by an adequacy decision. 4. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Calculator inputs remain in your browser, and communications between supported browsers and our website, hosting infrastructure, or Google Analytics are transmitted using HTTPS.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Managing Your Personal Information

Calculator365 does not currently provide user accounts or maintain user profiles. Because calculator inputs and results are not transmitted to or stored by us, there is no calculator history for us to access, correct, or delete.

You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. You may also prevent Google Analytics from using information about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email address below. We may need information from you to understand, verify, and respond to your request. In some cases, we may not hold information that can reasonably be linked to you.

6. Children's Privacy

Calculator365 is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information, create profiles about them, or use their information for targeted advertising. Like other visitors, a child who accesses the website may generate the technical request and Analytics Data described in Section 1. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information in circumstances where parental consent or another legal basis is required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated policy is posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
