Overview

MSoft Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Calculator365 website at https://www.calculator-365.com and provides browser-based calculation tools through that website (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Use apply only to that website, its pages and subdomains that link to these Terms, and the browser-based calculation tools provided through them. They do not govern the Calculator365 mobile app.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Calculator365 offers free, web-based calculators and estimation tools across various categories, including mathematics, financial planning, health and fitness, and date/time calculations.

• Client-Side Processing: All calculator formulas and mathematical logic run locally within your web browser. Values and parameters you enter are processed on your device to display results and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• No User Accounts: You are not required to register, log in, or create an account to access our calculators.
• Service Availability: We strive to keep Calculator365 accessible and up to date, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue a calculator or feature for maintenance, security, legal, product, or operational reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice through the website of a material change that significantly affects use of the Services.

2. Important Disclaimers and Professional Advice

All calculations, algorithms, reference materials, and estimates provided on Calculator365 are for general informational and educational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making critical life, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

While we endeavor to implement recognized formulas and accurate computational models, calculations may involve simplifications, rounding, or assumptions that may not fit your specific situation. 2.2 Financial and Tax Disclaimer

Financial tools (such as mortgage, loan, auto loan, prepayment, investment, compound interest, salary, and sales tax calculators) provide mathematical estimates based on user-supplied variables and standard financial formulas. They do not account for individual credit profiles, fluctuating interest rates, specific lender terms, regional tax code variations, or transaction fees.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, lending, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor, certified public accountant (CPA), or lending institution for professional guidance.

2.3 Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Health-related tools (such as BMI, Body Fat, and BMR calculators) provide statistical estimates based on general demographic formulas. These tools are not medical devices and do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical evaluation, or treatment plans.

Calculations do not account for individual clinical conditions, body composition variations, or medical history. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any diet, weight management, or fitness program.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You may access and use Calculator365 for your personal, educational, research, or internal business calculations. When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on our hosting infrastructure, networks, or content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data or generate automated bulk queries in a manner that degrades service performance for other users.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the website, except where permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, mirror, or exploit the website interface, branding, or proprietary calculation tools for commercial distribution without our prior written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party and open-source materials, the original content, features, and functionality on Calculator365—including its website design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, software code, and the selection and arrangement of that content—are owned by MSoft Studio or its licensors and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not claim ownership of mathematical facts, formulas, methods, concepts, or other material that is not protectable under applicable law. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their respective rights and license terms.

Calculator365 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the Apple App Store, developer resources, and external documentation, that are not owned or controlled by MSoft Studio.

A link to the Calculator365 mobile app directs you to the Apple App Store. The mobile app is separate from the browser-based Services governed by these Terms, and your download and use of the app are subject to the license terms presented through the App Store and any app-specific terms that apply.

We do not endorse and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. If you access third-party links, you do so at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CALCULATOR365 AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

MSOFT STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR CALCULATION INACCURACIES WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MSOFT STUDIO, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL;
• FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY CALCULATION, ESTIMATE, OR RESULT;
• PERSONAL INJURY OR HEALTH ISSUES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON HEALTH-RELATED CALCULATIONS;
• LOSS OF DATA OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to These Terms
